Deposit and refund policy

Deposits

The deposit is 10% of the building price. It reserves your building and is applied to that price, so it is not an extra charge. You can pay it online by card when you reserve a building on this site. We confirm the remaining balance, and how it is paid, when we confirm the details of your order.

Rent-to-own

Rent-to-own orders take no deposit. Your first month's payment is due before we deliver the building.

Cancelling before your building is ordered

You can cancel a reservation before your building has been ordered or set aside for you. Email or call us with the item number from your order, tell us you want to cancel, and we confirm how your deposit is returned.

After your building has been ordered

Once your building has been ordered for you, a cancellation may no longer be possible, and what happens to your deposit depends on where your order stands. Contact us before you decide and we explain your options.

Returns after delivery

A building built to your order cannot be returned after delivery. That is why we confirm the size, the layout and your delivery spot with you before anything is final.

Check the building when it arrives

Inspect the building while the delivery crew is still there. Walk around it, open the doors, and look at the siding, the roof and the floor. If you see damage, note it on the delivery paperwork before the driver leaves, take photos, and email them to us as soon as you can. We take it from there.

  • Tell us what happened and what you are asking for. We reply with the next step.
