Program. Shed Geek Structures sends text messages to customers and prospective customers who have provided a phone number and affirmatively opted in. Messages relate to quote requests, building availability and pricing, display lot and video consultation scheduling, delivery and setup scheduling, and, where you have separately consented, promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form on our website, by submitting a lead form in one of our advertisements that includes SMS consent, or by giving express consent to a Shed Geek Structures representative in person, by phone, or in writing. Consent is never required as a condition of purchase, is never pre-selected for you, and marketing and non-marketing consent are collected separately.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Shed Geek Structures does not charge for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further text messages unless you opt in again.
Rejoining. To start receiving messages again, reply START, submit a new form with the SMS consent box checked, or call us at (618) 309-3648.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at (618) 309-3648 or info@shedgeek.com.
Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside our control.
Supported carriers. Message services are available on major US wireless carriers.
Privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Compliance. This messaging program is operated in accordance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and applicable wireless carrier requirements.

Buildings are quoted individually. Prices, sizes, options, and availability shown on this website or discussed with a representative are estimates and are not a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote or signed agreement. Pricing is subject to change until an order is placed. Advertised prices and monthly payment figures apply to the specific building and configuration shown and may not reflect the building you configure.
Our display lots may be available for self-guided visits, and video consultations may be offered during posted hours. Availability, hours, and the buildings on display change without notice. Visitors enter display lots at their own risk and are responsible for their own safety and that of anyone with them.
Delivery and setup terms, including any distance allowance and fees, are set out in your written quote or purchase agreement. Delivery requires reasonable and lawful access to the site and a location prepared to receive the building. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, driveways, landscaping, irrigation, fencing, or underground utilities caused by delivery equipment when access is provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for confirming any permits, zoning approvals, easements, or homeowners association requirements that apply to their property.
Rent-to-own and financing arrangements are separate written contracts between the customer and the applicable rent-to-own or finance provider. The terms of that agreement govern the transaction, and nothing on this website modifies it. Approval, terms, and payment amounts are determined by the provider.
Any warranty on a building is provided by the manufacturer and is set out in the documentation supplied with your purchase. Nothing on this website creates a warranty.
The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied or reused without permission.
This website links to and features third-party businesses, products, sponsors, and media. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or privacy practices. A link or feature is not an endorsement or a guarantee.
