No appointment needed. Come by during posted hours, walk the display, and look at everything at your own pace. If you'd rather line up a time to have an expert ready for you, just give us a call.

Most structures deliver within seven to fourteen days on a tilt-bed truck or mule. Site has to be reasonably level, within four to six inches across the footprint, and we will tell you up front if yours is not. Delivery is free within 50 miles of the display. Past 50 miles additional fees may apply, and we quote it before you sign.

Each builder in our network sets their own warranty, and we publish it on the product page. Most run five to ten years on the structure and one to three on doors and hardware. We hold the builder accountable, not just the customer.

Yes. Sizes, siding, roofing, doors, windows, lofts, electrical packages, even paint. Custom orders are placed the same way as in-stock buys: a real expert specs the changes with you so you both see exactly what you are signing off on.

Call the number on your order. Service requests route to the same network of builders who made the shed, plus our warranty desk. You are not stuck arguing with a chatbot. There is a human at the other end of every ticket.
