2 lots · Open around the clock
Eight standard styles and 66 priced sizes. Pick the one standing on the lot or send us the size you want, take delivery on your ground, and talk to a person on video whenever you want one.
How it works
The lot is self-serve, day or night, no appointment. Nothing is locked: step inside, check the floor, climb to the loft, take measurements, and picture it in your yard with nobody trailing you across the gravel.
Questions come up. Start a live video consultation from the lot, any hour, and a Shed Geek walks you through sizes, siding, floor systems and options while you stand in front of the building. No script, no pressure.
Nine out of ten buildings that leave our lots were already built when they got there. Walk it, pick it, set a delivery date. If nothing on the lot fits, we can pull a unit factory-direct or place a custom order with the manufacturer.
Cash, card, financing or rent-to-own, sorted before you leave the lot. Then experienced haulers deliver the building, level it and set it on your spot so it sits right from day one.
A straightforward way to shop, built alongside the dealer network we have spent years championing.

Why Shed Geek Structures
Shannon Latham has spent 20 years inside this industry, across procurement, sales, financing and vendor relations, with the last seven hosting the Shed Geek Podcast. Shed Geek Structures is that experience applied to a lot you can walk on your own clock. It is one more good way to buy a building, alongside the dealers we talk with every week.
Industry context
Over 1,000 podcast conversations with the people behind these buildings shape what we put on the lot. Ask about a floor system, a siding treatment or a hauler, and you get specifics.
Your schedule
No appointment, no closing time. Show up at six in the morning or nine at night, try every door, take measurements, and start a video consultation when you want a second opinion.
Your budget

Pay your way
Pick the route that fits how you want to pay. Rent-to-own is the common path for buildings under $10K, and every option gets explained plainly before you sign.
Cash or card
Cash, check, ACH or a major credit card on the deposit or the full purchase. No agreement, no monthly note, no interest. If the money is sitting there, this is the cheapest the building will ever be.
Call (618) 309-3648 for cash pricing →Financing
Traditional financing through partners like J Money Finance, the usual route for larger garages, workshops and cabins. Four rent-to-own and financing providers with multiple programs from each, quick approvals, and real people on the phone.
Financing on the Spartanburg lot page →Rent-to-own
Low monthly payments and the building is yours at the end of the term. Approval does not run your credit, there is no penalty for early payoff, and 12 months same-as-cash is available if you would rather pay it off fast.

Experienced haulers deliver the building, level it and set it on your spot. Delivery is free within 50 miles of the lot. Past 50 miles there may be an added fee, and we quote it before you sign. The site needs to be reasonably level, and we will tell you up front if yours is not.
Each manufacturer sets the written warranty on its buildings, and we go over the terms with you before you sign. The construction specs and warranty for the buildings on each lot are listed on that lot's page.
Yes. Most buyers pick a building standing on the lot and set a delivery date. If nothing fits, we can pull a unit factory-direct or place a custom order with the manufacturer: size, siding, doors, windows, lofts and paint. Custom runs on a build-and-deliver schedule, not same-week.
Call the number on your order. Service requests go to the manufacturer that built the unit, and we stay on the ticket until it is handled. A person picks up.
