ShedHub: sheds for sale from dealers across the country

ShedHub is an online marketplace where buyers search shed inventory from dealers nationwide. The company compares itself to AutoTrader and Zillow, only for sheds: in its words, "the first online platform that aggregates shed inventory into one place." It's run by Shed Holdings, LLC out of West Union, Ohio. Start a search on the ShedHub website.

How buyers search

A search starts with a zip code or location. ShedHub's Advanced Shed Search then filters by price range, width, length, main color and shed style. Each listing shows a ShedHub ID, the size and style, siding and colors (main, roof and trim), and whether the building is available at the lot, online only, or sold. It also names the selling dealer and city, gives the price plus taxes, and has a button to call the seller. Some listings include a 48-month rent-to-own monthly figure.

ShedHub tells buyers they can buy safely and directly with no additional fees, sign rent-to-own agreements from anywhere, and track payments and shipping in one place. Its buyer guide notes that shed prices can range from $300 to $20,000 and up, with most typical storage sheds between $1,000 and $4,000, and that all of its partners offer delivery and installation. The site also has city search pages for sheds, storage barns and accessory buildings, a seller directory that includes Canadian provinces, and iPhone and Android apps.

For dealers and manufacturers

Sellers sign up through ShedHub's seller site. At the time of writing, the published plans are:

• Budget: $24/month, up to 4 sheds.
• Brand Builder: $139/month, up to 25 sheds per location with 20 images each, plus a Brand Builder website and color visualizer.
• Business: $400/month, up to 100 sheds per location, with a 3D modeler link, embed, CRM and a Buy Now/RTO button.
• Enterprise: custom pricing.

The company

Jeff Huxmann founded ShedHub in 2020 in West Union, Ohio. The business is registered as Shed Holdings, LLC, and it's been BBB accredited with an A+ rating since August 2021. Jeff first came on the Shed Geek Podcast for "Successful Shed Sellers Secret Sauce" (Season 1, Episode 12, June 9, 2021), and came back for "Jeff Huxmann" (Season 2, Episode 21, September 21, 2022), where the show notes call ShedHub one of the podcast's first sponsors.

In April 2025 ShedHub and Shed Geek announced a partnership: ShedHub focuses on the consumer side of the marketplace, and Shed Geek takes on the industry-facing side. On the May 2025 episode, Shannon Latham was introduced as a part-owner of ShedHub. In other words, Shed Geek's founder is a part-owner of the company on this page.
